Job Description
A district leader responsible for driving strategy, operations, and execution across functions, while coordinating with local leaders and stakeholders to maintain stability and improve outcomes. This role oversees resources and logistics, responds to emerging risks, ensures alignment with mission and goals, represents the district at a regional level, and promotes accountability, resilience, and long-term performance in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall district strategy, operations, and execution across multiple functions
Partner with local leaders to maintain order, improve outcomes, and resolve critical issues
Oversee resource allocation, logistics, and operational continuity
Build trust with internal and external stakeholders across the district
Respond quickly to emerging risks, disruptions, and community needs
Establish clear priorities and ensure teams stay aligned to mission and goals
Represent District 12 in high-level discussions with regional authorities
Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive accountability
Support morale, resilience, and long-term stability in a high-pressure environment
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in complex, high-stakes environments
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to operate under ambiguity
Experience managing teams, operations, or community-facing initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to remain calm and effective during crisis conditions
Demonstrated resourcefulness, resilience, and strategic thinking
Deep understanding of district needs, constraints, and opportunities
High integrity and a strong commitment to protecting and supporting others
Preferred Experience
Senior leadership in government, operations, public safety, logistics, or community management
Experience leading through scarcity, disruption, or organizational change
Familiarity with cross-functional coordination and emergency response

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $187,500 to $314,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
