Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated CDL B Driver to join our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing both local routes and traveling to remote locations, providing exceptional service to our clients across Montana, and ensuring the secure handling of customer assets.
This position requires a flexible professional who is comfortable alternating between local Billings operations and multi-day regional travels.
What You will do :
In this role, you will:
Execute a rotating driving schedule that alternates between local Billings routes in week one and out-of-town travel to remote locations in week two (Monday through Thursday).
Collaborate with clients and internal dispatch teams to perform secure pickups and deliveries while maintaining professional service standards at every stop.
Ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations and organizational safety policies, including performing thorough vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate logs.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
Flexibility to travel overnight for out-of-town rotations as required by the business schedule

Competitive Pay rate : 28$/hour
Monday to Thursday role : 4 days per week
Travel Support: Accommodations paid by the company plus up to $100 per day in expenses for out-of-town rotations.
