The Role:
The Client Service Associate provides foundational support to the client service team, assisting advisors and operations with onboarding, account maintenance, money movements, and day-to-day operational tasks. This role focuses on executing routine processes accurately, maintaining organized client records, and ensuring a responsive client experience. Success in this position requires attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach to supporting advisors and the broader operations team.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
No prior industry certifications required; Series 65 may be pursued as part of career development.
0–2 years of relevant experience; internships or exposure to finance a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfort with technology systems and data entry.
Note: Travel may be required for this position and may include overnight trips.

Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies

- Client Onboarding and Customer Service
Assist with new account setup and documentation preparation.
Review forms for completeness and accuracy under guidance of senior staff.
Support advisors in delivering a smooth onboarding experience.
Respond to routine client service requests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Account Maintenance
Process basic updates (address changes, beneficiary updates, account transfers).
Maintain accurate client records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and custodial systems.
Track service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Advisor Support
Provide operational support to advisors by preparing materials and assisting with routine tasks.
Communicate updates and information clearly to advisors and team members.
Support advisors and operations team in resolving client issues.
