Korpi Lawn & Landscape Skilled Landscape Laborer in Helena, Montana
Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality landscape installation projects while ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices. This role requires a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record, as you will be operating company equipment and potentially driving company vehicles. Please note that snow removal may be required until the end of the winter season in Helena. Job Requirements: • Valid Montana driver's license with a clean driving record and insurable history. • Ability to pass a background check. • Knowledge of turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees, with a willingness to learn. • Ability to operate medium-weight equipment safely. • Commitment to obtaining a CDL Class A with health endorsement and an infield certification within one year of employment. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Availability for seasonal long hours and weekend work (up to 50 hours per week, late March through mid-November). • Punctuality and dependability. • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain and extreme temperatures common to Helena, MT. • Physical ability to lift, pull, and push up to 125 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks. • Ability to follow strict procedures and company rules.
