Term: 3-6 monthsSchedule: Full-Time or Part-TimeShift: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 8am - 5pmPay: $25.19-$31.90/hour DOE What You Will Do:Work with Human Resource Coordinator and Leadership team in all aspects of recruitment and selection processResearch and recommend new and creative methods to attract top talentPartner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to identify talentWork with directors, managers and supervisors in developing interview questionsConducts reference checksWrites offer letters to the successful candidates basedAssist with developing and implementing new employee orientationsAssist with benefits administrationDevelop and edit job descriptions as neededMaintain employee personnel records; collect and update employee information as neededAssist in the development of Human Resources offic
