The Compliance Professional 2 involves managing a range of assignments that require careful analysis, interpretation of regulatory guidance, and independent judgment to determine appropriate actions. You will ensure that all activities and processes comply with applicable government regulations and contractual requirements. Reporting to the Compliance Lead, you will collaborate with team members to assess compliance risks, review procedures, and implement corrective actions to maintain alignment with federal and state requirements.
Responsibilities:
Help with the collection and review of materials to ensure contractual compliance with Medicaid states.
Work with Regulatory Compliance and state Medicaid markets to meet Readiness and Audit requirements.
Will research compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligations
Maintain relationships with government agencies.
Coordinate site visits for regulators, coordinates implementation and compliance with corrective action plans,
Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
Follow established guidelines/procedures

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Compliance regulations experience
Must be able to work EST/CST business hours
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Analytical experience
Medicaid experience
Up to 2 years project management experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$65,000 - $88,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
