Harrington Bottling, a proud Pepsi Bottler in Helena, MT is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities each day.As the first point of contact for many customers and visitors, you will help create a positive, welcoming experience. You'll greet walk-in guests, determine the nature of their visit, and guide them to the appropriate staff member. You will also answer incoming phone calls, provide general information, route calls to employees, and manage daily voicemail messages. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as you'll interact regularly with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and business partners.This position is key to supporting daily sales and service operations. You will receive and prepare service calls for the Service Department and process sales orders, invoices, and customer pick-ups. Using our VIP software, you'll enter incoming order information, prepare load sheets, and ensure next-day business is ready to go. You will also reconcile daily "house" sales, follow up on customer accounts, and collect past-due payments when needed.General office duties include typing routine correspondence, making copies, sending faxes, filing paperwork, and preparing outgoing mail. You'll also assist with scheduling appointments for management and provide important administrative support to HR/Payroll by organizing and forwarding required documents to our Butte office.To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable using business software such as Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with cash, charge, and credit card transactions is also required. Candidates must reside in the Helena area.
