Job description
Plan, direct and coordinate the technical progression of electrical harness and equipment installation of the A350 section
Ensure and improve the overall performance, reaching goals in efficiency and productivity
Lead a team with focus on performance and proper collaboration
Manage operational control of design and delivery process and monitor supply chain activities
Problem resolution and solution finding
Secure reporting and participation in relevant reviews
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
Monitor adherence to rules and procedures
Facilitate coordination and communication between organizational functions Customer support
Candidate skills & requirements
Industrial engineer, preferably with experience in Aerospace Industry
Knowledge of Airbus work environment
Experience in Aircraft Electrical Engineering ATA92
Knowledge of Quality Principles
Change process knowledge
Configuration Management
Knowledge of the company activities, processes and tools
Strong written and oral communication skills, good knowledge of English language
Ability to manage priorities and be decisive, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Advanced Project management capability
Office skills and affinity to technical work environment
