About the Role
The Supply Chain Specialist is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing long-term supply chain strategies and networks to support business objectives. This role manages projects from design to implementation, monitors key performance metrics, and drives process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies addressing capacity planning, production location decisions, and network optimization.
Support business execution of new programs, including promotional activities, forecasting, coordination for key events, product launches, and network redesigns.
Monitor sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain effectiveness.
Analyze complex problems, recommend solutions, and enhance processes, systems, or products to improve performance.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members, and oversee projects or processes as needed.
Communicate and influence senior internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent international degree) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, project management, and process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain network design, new product launches, or promotional planning.
Practical knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Track record of driving process improvements and mentoring other professionals.
