About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative supports MiniMed by driving sales growth and Person with Diabetes engagement through phone, video, and digital interactions. This role partners closely with field sales, and customer support teams to expand the adoption of MiniMed technologies and improve patient outcomes. The Inside Sales Representative serves as a trusted point of contact for PwD, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, providing product information, sales support, and account follow up within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Account Support
Drive sales performance by managing an assigned territory through outboundPwDinteractions
Support field sales representatives by qualifying leads, following up on opportunities, andmaintainingaccount continuity
PromoteMiniMedproducts and solutions, including insulin delivery systems, CGM technologies and services.
Execute sales activities aligned with territory plans, businessobjectives, and compliance requirements
Customer Engagement
Build andmaintainstrong relationships withPwD, healthcare professionals, ,and internal stakeholders
Deliver product education, value messaging, and updates through phone and digital platforms
Respond toPwDinquiries related to product features,orderingandgeneral support
Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with field sales, clinicalteamsand customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Coordinatefollow-upsand handoffs toappropriate internalteams
Share insights and feedback from customers to help inform sales strategy and process improvements
Administrative & Reporting
Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance against goals
Ensure all activitiescomply withMiniMedpolicies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1–3 years of sales, inside sales, customer service, or account support experience
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust remotely
Comfort working in afast paced,metrics drivensales environment
Proficiencywith CRM tools(preferSalesforce), virtual meeting platforms, and standard business software
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in medicaldevices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, ordiabetesrelatedsales
Proven ability to collaborate effectively withfieldbasedsales teams
Demonstratedtrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals

Physical & Work Requirements :
2 daysoffice basedand remote role with extended periods of phone and computer use
