About the Role

Associate Logistics Analyst for the Outflow management and evaluation within the Heerlen Minimed Distribution Center

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, finished goods, services, and information from the point of origin, through the manufacturing site, to customer delivery, ensuring compliance with production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and continuously improve logistics processes, including replenishment systems, demand management, electronic data interchange, and related functions.

  • Ensure timely customer service within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and business objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers by resolving delivery issues.

  • Analyze market intelligence from operations, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to enhance competitive positioning.

Position Level

  • Specialist career stream, focused on professional discipline or specialty, primarily delivering and overseeing projects from design to implementation.

  • Communication: primarily internal within the immediate team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant Supply Chain/Logistics experience OR

  • Associate’s Degree with 1+ year experience OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience required
