Perma-Pipe in Hebron, OH is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within the fabrication and/or coating departments. This role supervises approximately 20--30 production employees, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable quality requirements.
The Production Supervisor provides direct leadership to production teams, coordinates workflow, monitors production schedules, and ensures adherence to safety policies and operational procedures. This position plays a key role in maintaining productivity, quality, and a strong safety culture across the facility.
The role is situated in Hebron, OH and is not a remote or hybrid position.

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 20--30 production employees.
- Review work orders and production schedules to establish priorities and staffing needs.
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and schedule attainment to ensure operational goals are met.
- Maintain accurate production records including labor, materials, and work order completion.

Promote a culture where Safety, Quality, and Production are equally prioritized.
Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and encourage proactive hazard reporting.
Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses, implementing corrective actions.
