Job Title: Lead Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves assembling components and operating sewing machines to construct filter bags. Attention to detail and adaptability to changing tasks are crucial in this position.
Responsibilities
Assemble and construct components for filter bags, ensuring all parts are accurately put together.
Operate industrial sewing machines to complete the assembly process of filter components.
Adapt to varying orders and filter quantities, ensuring each order is completed accurately.
Maintain a consistent work pace and complete multiple orders within the same workstation.
Pay close attention to detail and ask questions when clarification is needed.
Essential Skills
Safety mindset with a focus on maintaining a secure work environment.
Dependability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Ability to accurately repeat manufacturing operations.
Willingness to ask for help and seek clarification when necessary.
Capability to work seated in one place for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with assembly and general labor tasks.
Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and embroidery equipment.
Hand dexterity and ability to use tools like tape measures.
Experience in upholstery or related fields is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
