ITW Injection Mold Setter - 1st Shift in Hebron, Illinois
Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Technicians with mold changeovers,determiningpartdefect, root cause and implementingappropriate correctiveaction.
Set-up andoperatemolding machinery and support equipment.
Material handling duties for Molding area; delivering raw material, removing finishedgoodsandrecording material movementin ERP system.
Assistwith scheduled preventative maintenance functions.
Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Compliant with OSHA regulations.
Ensure good housekeeping.
Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety
Good Manufacturing Practices
Qualifications:
Minimum1yearmanufacturingexperience.
Mustpossessgood communication/interpretation skills, good visual skills for accessing functionality of equipment, above basic mathematical skills, aboveminimumcomputer skill set, and reasoning ability.
Mustpossessmechanical aptitude and ability to adapt and learn.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for full manufacturing shift, ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop,stretchand similar activities
Ability to accommodate occasional flexibleschedulewhen required.
Must be able to safelyoperaterequiredequipment for performing job functions.

Compensation Information:
Pay Transparency
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, market level, other job-related factors, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. As applicable this role will also receive overtime compensation and may be eligible for shift premium compensation.
Pay Range:$21-$27

Vacation - up to 80 hours of time within first year
Sick - up to 40 hours of time within first year
Floating Holiday - up to 8 hours of time within first year
Holiday - 10 paid holidays per year, these holidays are selected by the Division
