Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a Laminating Line Operator to support safe, efficient production across our coating and packing/boxing operations. This hands-on role is critical to maintaining product quality, production flow, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Operate laminating and coating line equipment, including control panels and presses.
Load materials, monitor joints, and perform visual quality checks throughout production.
Support packing and boxing operations, including pallet movement and product inspection.
Accurately complete production, PEC, and OEE documentation.
Communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to meet quality and output targets.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety, PPE, and environmental procedures.
Train and support new team members as needed.
Essential Skills
Manufacturing or production experience preferred, especially in continuous-flow environments.
Comfortable operating industrial machinery and performing manual handling tasks.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow SOPs.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Pallet truck or FLT experience, or willingness to train.
Experience with digital production systems and OEE tracking.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hazleton, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
