Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Puller
Location: Hayward, CA
Pay Rate: $21/hr + Overtime
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
(Overtime as needed)
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Puller to join our team in Hayward. This role requires hands-on experience operating multiple types of forklifts and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate various warehouse equipment including:
Cherry Picker (Order Picker)
Stand-Up Reach Truck
Sit-Down Forklift
Stand-On Electric Pallet Jack
Accurately pull, stage, and prepare orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
Minimum 12 months forklift experience (Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-Down, Electric Pallet Jack)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Must have reliable transportation
Professional appearance required (no face/neck tattoos; visible tattoos must be covered)
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (including hot and sub-zero conditions)
Must pass drug screen and background check
Training & Transition Schedule
Training Pay: $20/hr + differential
Training Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM (plus additional hours as needed)
Post-Training Schedule (2nd Shift):
Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (OT up to 2:00 AM)
Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (OT as needed)
Freezer Role Opportunity (Optional)
Candidates with sub-zero freezer experience (-10°F) are encouraged to apply.

Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (OT as needed)
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
