ManpowerGroup Medical Device Manufacturing Technician in Hayward, California

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Device Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in sterile medical device packaging. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Medical Device Manufacturing Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $22.00/hour

Shift: 12pm-8:30pm, Monday–Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform primary packaging operations for sterile medical device products in a cleanroom environment

  • Set up, operate, and monitor packaging and production equipment according to established procedures

  • Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation in compliance with GDP and cGMP requirements

  • Follow all FDA, ISO, and internal quality system procedures to ensure product quality

  • Participate in safety exercises, routine cleaning, sanitization, and packaging activities to support continuous improvement

What's Needed?

  • Understanding of medical device manufacturing or regulated production environments preferred

  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and FDA compliance standards

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written work instructions and SOPs

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Basic math skills, including metric and U.S. standard measurements
