ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Technician in Hayward, California
Our client, a leading innovator in vehicle manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an integral part of the assembly and testing operations supporting the vehicle production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Hayward, California
Pay Range: $42/h + benefits
What's the Job?
Collaborate closely with leads and fellow technicians on vehicle assembly line tasks
Perform light diagnosis and troubleshooting on vehicle systems
Complete daily tasks to ensure timely delivery and project milestones
Execute vehicle testing involving hardware and software components
Provide valuable feedback to support continuous improvement and development
What's Needed?
Experience working as a technician or within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of basic electrical theory and schematics
Familiarity with electrical harness drawings and network systems such as CAN/LIN
