ManpowerGroup Formulation Technician in Hayward, California
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Formulation Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Technician, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the formulation and grinding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Formulation Technician
Location: Hayward, CA
Pay Range: $24.00/hr
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
What's the Job?
Operate in a cGMP environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Assist in formulation and grinding processes, performing tasks consistently and efficiently
Utilize systems such as JD Edwards, Maximo, HMI, and POMs for various operational activities
Handle multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Support training initiatives by sharing knowledge and mentoring new team members
What's Needed?
Willingness to wear bunny suits and work in a cleanroom environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant systems
Strong GMP knowledge and at least 2 years experience in cleanroom enviornment.
Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
