What Youll Do: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and groups, addressing diverse mental health needs with compassion and expertise. Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a strong foundation for effective treatment. Design and implement personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that empower clients and promote measurable progress. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure seamless, coordinated care and holistic support for clients. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets agency standards and supports continuity of care.
