Location:Remote OR In-Person (multiple Kansas locations)
Pay: from \$64,218 per year (salaried) \| Incentive Pay \| \$1,000 ENHANCED sign-on bonus \| \$200 optional Saturday clinic bonus
Job Type:Full-Time \| Remote OR In-person
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am-5pm (+ \>3 hours outside normal business hours per week \| 40 hours / week total)

What Youll Do:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and groups, addressing diverse mental health needs with compassion and expertise.
Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a strong foundation for effective treatment.
Design and implement personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that empower clients and promote measurable progress.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure seamless, coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets agency standards and supports continuity of care.
Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical supervision, constructive feedback, and active participation in team meetingshelping you achieve your personal career goals and setting you up for long-term success.

Qualifications:
Masters or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following:
o Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Master Level Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
o Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker
o Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Profession
