Job Summary
- The Tree Care Foreman manages the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.
Work closely with the Business Developer to deliver seamless post-project follow-up and guarantee all deliverables align with client expectations.
Submit final paperwork to account for billing and collection.
Demonstrate exemplary ethics and integrity while fostering a positive Company culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience:
ISA Certified Tree Worker or TCIA Tree Care Specialist (Would be a plus)
Analytical skills and basic math skills
Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer
Ability to physically perform the basic life operational functions of walking, standing, and kneeling.
Work Environment:
- Works in an indoor and outdoor work environment.

Compensation Pay Range:
$34-$40/hour
