Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our team in Hawthorne, New York. In this role, you will manage both accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external partners. This position is integral to maintaining precise financial records and supporting ongoing accounting operations.
Requirements
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Solid knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
Experience with bank reconciliations and resolving financial discrepancies.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and effective communication skills.
