The Role
This is a center-based BCBA role serving children with an average age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness.
You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on:
Center-based ABA
Caseload of 7-9 clients
Early learners (ages 2 - 7)
Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership support
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Provided center-based 1:1 and supervisory ABA services
Partner with families through training and collaboration
Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
Ensure compliance with BACB and relevant state LBA standards
