Job Title: CNC 5-Axis Lathe Programmer Job Description
The CNC 5-Axis Lathe Programmer will work with Hyundai WIA CNC 5-Axis lathes, focusing on aerospace prototyping using Fanuc controls. The role involves programming for live tooling and managing sub-spindle operations with materials such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
Responsibilities
Program CNC lathes with live tooling for aerospace prototype projects.
Utilize Fanuc controls for efficient operation of CNC 5-Axis lathes.
Handle sub-spindle operations and manage GD&T standards.
Work with various materials including Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in CNC Lathe Programming, particularly with 5-Axis lathes.
Experience with Fanuc controls and live tooling.
Knowledge of GD&T standards and sub-spindle operations.
Ability to work with materials such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ESPIRIT and Fusion 360 software.
Ability to pass GD&T test.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
