Quality Heating and Cooling is seeking aHVAC Installer Helperto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC systems, however we will consider someone withno experience. We are willing to train the right person who is willing to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. This role will require some mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to install HVAC systems and ductwork. The HVAC Installer Helper will be responsible for assisting the Service Technician and Lead Installer by ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and operate efficiently.

Duties

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and ductwork (HVAC) systems according to specifications and codes.
• Collaborate with team members to plumb new systems and ensure proper installation.
• Build and assemble HVAC components as needed for installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, we will provide on the job training.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions, including doing activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail, including developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Valid driver's license check and background check will be required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
