Labor Finders (Hattiesburg) Equipment Operator in Hattiesburg, Mississippi
- Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, backhoe cranes, and other machinery to support bridge and infrastructure projects
- Performe excavation, grading, trenching, and material placement for foundations, footings, and structural supports
- Assiste in bridge construction by transporting materials and positioning structural components for installation
- Supporte concrete operations, including site preparation and material handling
- Read and followed blueprints, site plans, and supervisor instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Conducte pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
- Performe routine maintenance and minor repairs to reduce equipment downtime
- Followe OSHA safety standards and job site protocols in high-risk environments
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
