Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.
What you will do:
Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process

Essential Functions
Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance: Press brakes, CNC punches, and *laser machines. ( if applicable)
Demonstrate ability to make proper adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with assistance.
Demonstrate ability to produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rate.
Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced with assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department.
Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs).

Rejected and/or reworked parts
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department. Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department. Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better. Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance
