$15.00/hour (pay review after 90 days + annual increases)
Shift:
Rotating schedule (includes weekends; 2 days off per week, schedule changes weekly)
Training:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4-6 hour training shifts)

Position Overview
We are hiring a friendly and dependable Front Desk / Laundry Attendant to join a local hotel team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive guest experience. Youll be the first point of contact for guests while also supporting housekeeping and laundry operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
Manage reservations and provide information on rooms, rates, and amenities
Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Submit and track maintenance work orders
Maintain cleanliness of front desk, lobby, hallways, and entryways
Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to handle reservations/payments
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with flexible availability (including weekends)
Professional appearance (business casual attire required)
