Trumble Insurance Agency Sales Assistant in Hastings, Michigan

Core Responsibilities

This role owns the following accountabilities:

  • Assist Clients with Insurance Solutions- Help clients identify their needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and life insurance products.
  • Support the Sales Team- Work alongside licensed agents to ensure smooth client onboarding, accurate policy processing, and timely follow-up.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience- Uphold Trumbles's reputation for outstanding service by maintaining clear communication, empathy, and professionalism with every client interaction.
  • Contribute to Team Success- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, participate in training, and share ideas that improve efficiency and results.
  • Develop and Grow Professionally- Embrace continuous learning opportunities to expand insurance knowledge, enhance sales skills, and prepare for future advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

  • Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:  No Experience Required
  • Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, relationship building, team collaboration, follow up, organization
  • Technology:  Google Workspace, CRM, typing, ability to utilize AI to tighten communication
  • Certifications/Licenses:  Property & Casualty Insruance License
