Job Overview
A CSR is responsible for engaging with our clients in a fast, proactive, and highly professional manner. Answering phones, responding to emails, and serving walk-in clients are some of the opportunities for client contact as a CSR. Within those forms of client contact include processing endorsements, processing payments, answering billing questions, answering coverage-related questions, providing guidance, and offering additional products to our clients as ways a CSR is expected to add value to our agency.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for servicing our clients, including any necessary and proactive follow-up actions
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Respond to emails received in the service email
- Proactively cross-sell products to clients on service phone calls and emails
- The CSR reports to the Service Team Leader
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Willing to get licensed in Property/Casualty within 6 months of employment
- Preferably experience in customer service
- Positive, respectful attitude
- Proactively goes above and beyond
- Works well with others in a team setting and is capable of leading oneself in their daily individual tasks
- Able to sit for longer periods of time
