How will you make an impact in this role?
The Associate, Digital Product Operations will support the Compliance pillar within Enablement Operations, GMNS Product. This role will report to the Manager, Compliance and Reporting and will be responsible for executing core risk management, compliance tracking, reporting, and operational governance activities for critical PPE teams.
This colleague will help manage operational risks, issues, operational risk events, and remediation activities while ensuring strong documentation, reporting accuracy, and adherence to enterprise risk frameworks including BCP, RCSA, and PRSA. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners.
This role will support compliance and regulatory reporting activities and assist in preparing documentation for key internal and external audits including FRB, RBI, IAG, and other regulatory reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Support preparation of compliance and regulatory reporting and documentation required for audits and examinations including FRB, RBI, IAG, and other internal and external reviews
Support end to end tracking of issues and Operational Risk Events for PPE teams
Coordinate with issue owners to ensure timely remediation and proper documentation
Perform quality assurance reviews on issue and ORE documentation, including impact and severity assessments
Assist in root cause analysis and help identify recurring risk themes
Maintain accurate records of issues, remediation plans, and supporting evidence
Support monthly Compliance Dashboard reporting and PPE Compliance Report preparation
Analyze risk and issue trends to identify emerging risks or control gaps
Assist with PRSA refresh activities and RCSA transition readiness
Support governance forums by preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on commitments
Help implement automation solutions such as attestations and deadline alerts to strengthen controls
Conduct sample testing to validate remediation effectiveness
Ensure compliance with data retention and documentation standards
Escalate risks, delays, or documentation gaps in a timely manner
Partner with PPE teams, Control Managers, and Compliance to drive operational discipline
Minimum Qualifications
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in operational risk management, digital product operations, internal audit, compliance, or related functions
Foundational understanding of operational risk lifecycle activities including issues, operational risk events, and remediation tracking
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Exposure to BCP, RCSA, PRSA, or similar enterprise risk frameworks
Experience in preparing dashboards, governance reporting, or compliance documentation
Familiarity with automation tools or workflow management systems
