QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Maintenance Technician in HARTLAND, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Perform routine and preventative maintenance on printing presses, finishing equipment, and facility systems - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment - Respond quickly to equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime - Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new printing or finishing equipment - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred - Proven experience in maintenance or repair of industrial or printing equipment - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems a plus - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals - Dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: teresa.considine@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/799708 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
