STAFFING SUPPORT SPECIALISTS Lawn Care Service Technician in HARTFORD, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fertilization Weed Control Tree & Shrub Care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Sales & Service Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hands-on field position is ideal for a seasoned lawn care professional who enjoys working outdoors, delivering exceptional turf results, and building strong client relationships. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for fertilization, weed control, and tree & shrub applications for high-end residential and commercial properties. You\'ll take ownership of assigned accounts, ensure excellent service delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance client programs through informed recommendations and sales awareness. Job Responsibilities: Perform lawn fertilization, weed control, and tree & shrub applications Manage and oversee assigned residential and commercial accounts Deliver consistent, high-quality lawn care services in the field Diagnose turf and plant health issues and recommend effective solutions Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, results, and program improvements Identify upsell opportunities, support program, and sales growth Track applications, service notes, and production goals accurately Ensure compliance with Wisconsin pesticide regulations and safety standards Maintain application equipment, materials, and detailed service records Assist with off-season work, including snow and ice management, holiday dcor installation, and winter pruning Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
