Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Junior Performance Test Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in performance and quality engineering. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants exposure to multiple technology stacks while developing a strong foundation in performance testing, non‑functional requirements, and modern testing tools.
You will work closely with application teams, architects, developers, and product partners to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability expectations. This role is ideal for a motivated “go‑getter” who is curious, collaborative, and passionate about understanding how systems perform at scale.

Skills and Requirements
• Interest in performance testing, quality engineering, or non‑functional testing concepts.
• Exposure to or willingness to learn performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, Performance Center, or JMeter.
• Foundational understanding of cloud technologies and application behavior.
• Familiarity with logging or monitoring tools such as Splunk (or strong interest in learning).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
• A proactive, growth‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn multiple systems and tools.
