Description:
Saint Francis Hospital , a leader in advanced interventional and neurointerventional care, is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our high-performing IR team. You will play a vital role in supporting physicians in a broad range of image-guided procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Scrub and assist with a variety of interventional and neurointerventional radiology procedures, including:
Trauma and emergent embolization
PE and DVT interventions
Venous reconstructions
Oncology procedures including Y90 and ablations
Dialysis interventions
Biliary interventions
Pain interventions
Acute stroke thrombectomy
Aneurysm treatment
MMA embolization
Carotid artery stenting
Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies
Procedural and imaging documentation
Technology & Equipment
Siemens angiography suites
Philips ultrasounds
EPIC EMR
Visage PACS
SpaceTrax inventory management system
Schedule & Benefits
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Call required (with premium pay)
$7,500 sign-on bonus
Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate’s degree)
ARRT certification
Connecticut Radiographer License
Preferred:
Previous experience scrubbing or assisting in IR cases
ARRT (VI) Vascular-Interventional certification (or willingness to obtain)
