Insight Global Salesforce Administrator in Harrison, New York

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a top nonprofit client based in the NYC area. This individual will play a key role in supporting and enhancing a complex Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders to streamline grants and facilities processes during the first phase of a larger CRM consolidation initiative. The role offers a strong mix of hands‑on Salesforce administration, light Apex development, and integration support, making it ideal for an admin who enjoys technical depth while partnering cross‑functionally. This is a high‑visibility contract role with potential extensions as the organization works toward a more cohesive, enterprise‑wide CRM strategy. This is a contract until end of year with potential extensions and pays $55-$60/hr.

Skills and Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

 • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM‑201)

 • Strong experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

 • Expert‑level experience with Salesforce Flow Builder

 • Hands‑on experience with security configuration (Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Public Groups)

 • Experience with data management: deduplication, mass updates, Data Loader

 • Ability to write basic Apex Classes, Triggers, and Controllers

• Experience with reports and dashboards • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin II) certification

 • Comfort working with APIs and integrations using Apex classes

 • Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I certification

 • Nonprofit Salesforce experience

 • Experience supporting grants, facilities, or similar operational workflows

 • Background that blends Admin and Business Analyst responsibilities

• Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC) migrations
