K L Masters Construction Company Assistant Project Manager in Harrison, New Jersey
Assistant Project Manager needed w/Master’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Architecture, Urban and Regional Design or Civil Engineering or Construction Management and one (1) year experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Sr. Cost Estimator performing following job duties: Interact with clients, consultants and contractors while managing daily project activities. Prepare budgets, cost reports, cash flow projections and schedules. Participate in project meetings, record and distribute minutes and manage staff assignments. Assist with RFPs, bid packages, subcontractor selection and contract execution. Support estimating, value engineering, reviews and project planning. Process submittals, RFIs, drawings and change orders. Prepare reports, cost breakdowns and start-up/close-out checklists. Ensure agreements, insurance and compliance documents are accurate. Help manage payments, invoices, and subcontractor billing.Benefits: Part Health Insurance, $100/month phone reimbursement & PTO.Salary: $119496.00 per yearJob Locations: Harrison, NJ or any unanticipated client sites within the U.S.Must be available to travel nationally and relocate to any unanticipated client sites for temporary projects.
