Robert Half Customer Service Supervisor in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Team Lead to support our call center operations in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This role is heavily focused on outbound calling, scheduling appointments for free estimates, and working hands-on alongside the team to support daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with customers, staying organized, and helping keep the team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments for free estimates

  • Support sales-related call efforts by confirming information and answering basic customer questions

  • Assist the call center team with daily tasks, call flow, and coverage as needed

  • Ensure appointments, notes, and customer information are accurately entered and maintained in the system

  • Handle customer questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner

  • Help monitor call activity and appointment flow to support daily goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication

  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

  • Follow company policies and procedures related to customer interactions and data handling

    Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a call center or customer service environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in handling escalated customer issues effectively and professionally.

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Commitment to delivering superior customer service and achieving team goals.
