Responsibilities
Monitor surveillance cameras and equipment.
Access control systems, fire alarms, intrusion detection systems and other protective equipment/systems.
Monitor and log radio transmissions using call signs.
Answer the telephone, take messages.
Maintain Duty Log in legible manner.
Dispatch and/or notify Security Officers of all unusual activity.
Report and document same, summon resources and coordinate emergency personnel responding to emergencies and document same.
Qualifications
Must be US Citizen.
All personnel must be able to pass a favorably single scope background investigation (SSBI) prior to commencing work.
All Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Be in possession of a valid Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess either a high school diploma or a GED equivalency certificate.
Be able to speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English.
Be in possession of a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in his/her state of residence.
