Final Assembler\ Harper, KS{target="_blank" rel="noopener"}Final Assembly Job Type Full-time Description

Job Title:Final Assembler\ Location:Harper, KS (100% onsite; not eligible for remote work)\ Start Date:Immediately

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with emotional intelligence
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to apply mechanical understanding
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and assembly schematics
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Capable of standing for the duration of the shift
• Proficient in using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, impacts)
• Willingness to be cross-trained in all areas of the assembly process

Responsibilities

• Assemble and crate whole goods in Final Assembly (Ag and Turf products)
• Follow and meet all quality checklist requirements
• Operate specialized tools as required for specific assignments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule & Compensation

• 40+ hour work week
• Overtime requires supervisor approval
• Some Saturday work may be required
• Wage commensurate with experience
