We are looking for a Delivery Lead for Digital Industries US. This role is remote.
Role Overview
This role is accountable for shaping and driving end-to-end delivery excellence across Siemens’ customer engagement model. This role ensures customer outcomes are delivered predictably, efficiently, and at scale across both projects and lifecycle services.
This leader shapes a system that ensures what is sold can be delivered—with clear ownership, disciplined execution, lifecycle continuity, and strong cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Partners, and Services. The role transforms delivery from project-centric execution into a repeatable, outcome-driven, lifecycle-centric system.
Key Responsibilities
Shaping the transformation
Lead and shape delivery performance at scale across PMO, engineering, project execution, lifecycle services, bid management, portfolio growth, EHS, and quality
Drive on-time, in-budget, high quality outcomes across projects and services
Balance execution rigor with flexibility to support complex, multi‑year customer engagements
Ensure alignment to scope, commercial terms, quality standards, and customer expectations
Build and drive CAPEX driven projects and OPEX / lifecycle service business models seamlessly
Operating Model & Governance
Establish and inspire one culture and standardized ways of working , including clear roles, interfaces, and decision rights
Implement consistent delivery governance, escalation paths, and performance management
Eliminate ad-hoc or one-off approaches that increase risk or limit scalability
Build an integrated operating model aligned with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Global Services, Projects, Global Engineering, and Partner Management
Align delivery capacity, skills, and capabilities with pipeline demand and strategic priorities
Transformation, Scale & Capability Building
Incubate, validate, and scale new delivery and lifecycle approaches from pilot to standard execution
Institutionalize lessons learned, best practices, and reusable delivery assets
Ensure partners are enabled, certified, and governed to Siemens delivery and quality standards
Coach and develop delivery leaders, project managers, and cross disciplinary teams through horizontal leadership
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
10+ years leading large‑scale project, program, and/or service delivery organizations in industrial, technology, or solutions‑based environments
Proven leadership across cross ‑ functional, matrixed organizations (e.g., PMO, engineering, project execution, Services, growth functions)
Demonstrated ownership of delivery performance, predictability, and outcomes across complex portfolios
Strong business and financial acumen, balancing customer outcomes, cost, risk, margin, and scalability
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field , or equivalent experience
Travel: Approximately 20–30% , primarily domestic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading enterprise ‑ scale transformation frameworks
Expertise with hybrid delivery models , including internal teams and strategic partners
Experience across CAPEX project delivery and OPEX / lifecycle service models
Experience operationalizing digital and industrial technologies (automation, OT/IT integration, data platforms, AI‑enabled solutions) into scalable delivery models
