ManpowerGroup CNC Saw Operator in Harahan, Louisiana
Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Saw Operator to join their team. As a CNC Saw Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CNC Saw Operator
Location: Harahan, LA
Pay Range: $17.
Shift: Monday-Friday
What's the Job?
Operate CNC manual saw efficiently with minimal or no scrap, following production schedules, shop orders, and drawings per department SOP
Review and understand drawings, routings, material, and work instructions prior to production to prevent/reduce scrap
Transact, issue, prepare, and deliver completed products according to department SOP
Complete all transactions efficiently and accurately
Safely and efficiently move material and equipment using overhead cranes or forklifts
What's Needed?
Experience using manufacturing equipment
Experience operating a forklift
Self-managed with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ability to work flexible or overtime hours to meet production schedules
Mechanically inclined with basic math skills
