In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated conveyor systems and high-speed packaging equipment to ensure reliable performance across our production lines. This opportunity features a Monday - Thursday schedule, 5:25 AM-5:55 PM, giving you three full days off each week. Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and repairing advanced conveyor belt systems and automated material handling equipment
Working with PLC systems, motor controls, DC/AC drives, and sensor-based automation
Installing, wiring, and maintaining electrical components like relays, motors, and panels
Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep things running smoothly
Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams with accuracy
Installing conduit, EMT, and sealtite independently to support system upgrades and expansions Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance (electrical and mechanical)
Experience working with automated conveyor systems or warehouse distribution technology
Skilled in diagnosing issues with sensors, relays, VFDs, and control panels
Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working at heights up to 30 feet
Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail
