CREARE LLC Electromechanical Assembler in Hanover, New Hampshire
Work closely with RandD project team members to build and integrate complex electromechanical systems foraerospace and high-performance applications.
An Electromechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting precision mechanical and electrical components. This role is critical to ensuring that our advanced products meet stringent quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with precision assembly, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, cable harnesses, and systems based on engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform precision mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, and integration of electrical and mechanical parts.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of assembled systems to ensure compliance with aerospace and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and integration issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project timelines and technical requirements.
- Document assembly and testing results for quality assurance and traceability.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols, including handling of sensitive aerospace components.
