Goodwill Northern New England Custodial Shift Supervisor in Hanover, New Hampshire

Description

Salary: $22.20 + $5.09 H&W

Location: Hanover, NH

Job Summary:

  • Oversees, coordinates, and performs daily services at the designated contractual site and assists the supervisor in supervising employees’ daily duties.

  • Coordinates personnel at the designated site under the instruction of the supervisor.

  • Supervises employees at a designated work site in the absence of the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least one year of experience in a position involving comparable responsibility

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of classified information

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a courteous and professional manner

  • Ability to handle strenuous physical activity, including infrequent heavy lifting

  • Valid driver’s license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont as applicable; safe driving record

  • A criminal background check that meets Agency standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a custodial capacity

  • Experience working with power scrubbers, waxes, and buffers
