Pest Control Service Technician Entry Level or Experienced

Qualifications:

• Certified applicators would be a plus, but no experience is necessary. We will provide paid training to the right individual that is a good fit for our team.
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers.
• Outgoing personality.
• Friendly and respectful.
• Strong customer service skills
• You are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Be able to lift/carry in excess of 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail for identifying pest problems and entry points.
• Valid drivers license required with a good driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and explain services provided.
• Conduct property inspections to locate pest entry points and perform necessary exclusion work.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle in accordance with company policies.
• Handle pesticides following state and federal regulations.
• Attend periodic up-training; to include mandatory training for: licensing, permitting, and other certifications
• Identifying potential and actual pest problems, conducting inspections and providing a solution.
• Assist with generating new sales leads
• Start your day each day at our office in Hanover, Maryland
• Available from 8AM to 5PM; typical hours are 8AM to 4:30PM M-F

Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00, depending on prior experience. Experience in fields beyond pest control will also be considered.
