For our location in Hanover we are looking for you with immediate effect as an

Intern/Working Student (m/f/d) in Business Development & Market Intelligence

As part of your internship/working student role, lasting at least 4 months, you will gain broad insights into Market Development & Market Intelligence and support our team in day‑to‑day business activities, including strategic projects, digital enablement, and market insight generation.

You will take on the following tasks:

• Conduct targeted market research by analyzing industry sources, competitor activities, and market trends to support strategic decision-making

• Support the creation and maintenance of market intelligence materials, databases, and collaboration platforms

• Help set up internal tools, simple IT structures, SharePoint pages, and reporting templates in close collaboration with our internal IT teams

• Collaborate with European cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to gather relevant information and harmonize inputs

• Support project coordination activities such as preparing meeting materials, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions

• Help bring structure to unorganized information by organizing data sources, building basic frameworks, and improving process visibility

• Present findings and insights to the Market Development team and other key stakeholders

Your qualifications:

• Advanced degree in data analytics, business administration or a comparable field of study

• Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is an advantage

• Strong interest in market analysis, business development, and digital tools

• Good analytical and research skills, with the ability to derive meaningful conclusions from data

• Very good English and German communication skills

• Proactive “go‑getter” mindset with a hands-on approach to solving tasks

• Ability to work reliably in a dynamic, sometimes high paced environment

• Organizational strength and accuracy, even when managing multiple tasks

• Interest or initial exposure to the automotive or battery industry is a plus
