Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking diligent and skilled Production Assemblers to work with hand tools to assemble and inspect metal parts, ensuring they meet the specifications required by our customers. This role involves handling 25-50 parts per day, depending on the production requirements. Assemblers must follow detailed work instructions and ensure that all assembled products meet the required standards. Additional responsibilities include filling out reports, orders, and reject forms.
Responsibilities
Assemble metal parts using hand tools while adhering to specifications.
Inspect and verify parts to ensure they meet customer standards.
Handle 25-50 parts daily, depending on production needs.
Follow work instructions for correct assembly processes.
Complete necessary documentation including reports, orders, and reject forms.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience using hand tools.
Minimum of 1 year in parts manufacturing.
Proficiency in using a tape measure, with a requirement to pass a tape measure test during the interview.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges is preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment involves general production tasks, machine operation, and manual labor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hannibal, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.46 - $20.96/hr.
