IHG 西厨厨师 in Hangzhou, China

  1. 负责西式热菜、冷盘、酱汁及基础面点的制作与出品,确保菜品质量、口味、摆盘符合标准;
  2. 严格执行厨房操作规范及食品安全管理制度,落实食材验收、储存、加工、留样等全流程管理;
  3. 参与菜单研发与成本控制,配合主厨优化出品结构与标准化流程;
  4. 维护后厨设备与工作区域清洁卫生,落实安全生产与消防要求;
  5. 配合团队完成日常备餐、出餐及收尾工作,保障服务流程顺畅。

  6. 持有有效健康证明,态度良好;

  7. 具备基础食品安全知识,了解《食品安全法》及相关操作规范;
  8. 具备良好的团队协作意识与职业素养,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排;
